Booking Conditions |
1.General: The hiring contract of any of the cottages at Trallwyn or for any Workshop taking place at Trallwyn is between the hirer of the and the owner Anna Kavanagh 2.Payment: Bookings should be made by telephone or e-mail and confirmed within 3 days enclosing booking form with a cheque for deposit or full payment. The full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the Workshop. If the Workshop is less than 8 weeks from required date the full amount becomes due immediately with the booking form. Once booked the hirer is responsible for the total advertised price. In high season 1st choice weeks may not be available~ 2nd choice dates are helpful at these times~ as is getting your cheque in the post swiftly~ early booking is advised to ensure you get the dates you want. 3.Cancellation. Refunds are only possible if the Workshop is re-booked by another person in which case all monies will be returned minus the deposit. The owner/ representative carries no cancellation insurance, it is therefore advised that the hirer arranges his own if desired. 4. Non-Availability of Workshop. Should the Workshop be unavailable, all monies will be refunded in full, but no further liability will fall upon the owner representative. In no event shall the liability of the owner /representative, howsoever arising , exceed the sum paid for the Workshop. 5. Non Smoking. We have a non- smoking policy in all the cottages if you wish to smoke please do so outside. 6. Complaints. Any complaints should be brought to the attention of the owner/representative immediately so that it can be investigated and remedial action taken. Requests for compensation will not be considered after the Workshop. 7. Liability. Every effort is made to ensure the amenities are as advertised, however, no liability will fall upon the owner/representative should restrictions be applied in the event of flood, drought, power cuts, or any other occurrence outside of their control. We accept no responsibility for any injury or loss on
the premises.
